Training facilities
Classes, lessons, memberships and rentals, booked from a phone.
A facility sells time: a spot in a class, an hour with a coach, a cage on a Tuesday night. This is the part that sells it, in the same place as your teams and seasons, and part of every plan. Turn on the pieces you run.
Classes against packs and memberships
Set up a class once - the coach, the place, the ages, the spots - and lay out the week. Sell 5-, 10- and 20-class packs, or a monthly membership on autopay: a set number of classes, or unlimited with a daily or weekly cap, and gift memberships a grandparent can buy. The pack or credit that expires soonest pays first.
A parent books every child from one phone
Pick the class, tick the children, see what it uses ("1 of your 10") and the cancel rule before tapping Book. Cancelling happens on the page, never in a pop-up that silently fails, and an email confirms it either way.
Private lessons, coach first
Families choose the coach, then a day and a time from that coach’s real hours, with "Next available" one tap away. Each coach can charge their own price, and lesson packs pay before the card.
Rentals anyone can book
Cages, turf and rooms by the hour, with peak pricing on busy evenings, an optional deposit, and approval when you want to say yes first. A renter does not need an account.
Waitlists that book themselves
When a spot opens, the next family in line is booked and charged automatically, or gets a text to grab it. Members can go to the front of the line.
Text reminders and self check-in
A reminder before every class and lesson for the families who asked for texts, with a link that checks the child in; a code at the door does the same. The coach sees who is here.
Several locations under one club
Each location with its own hours, spaces and coaches, a page on your website, and its own Stripe account if you want the money kept apart. Staff can be limited to the locations they work.
Coach pay and the money, tied to the bank
Pay rates per class or per child and earnings by pay period. Packs and credits are earned as they are used, every deposit opens to show what was in it, and a QuickBooks journal export and scheduled report emails keep the treasurer out of spreadsheets.
Included in the platform, not a module. Families pay your club through your own Stripe account, the same way they pay for a season.
See it with your own classes and cages in it.
