Moving is the part we do.
Every board asks the same question first, and it is the right question: what happens to our website, our history, and our families? Here is the honest answer, including the parts somebody still has to do by hand.

The rest were team, division and league pages — 213 of them — plus pages that were stale or empty, or ran on a bolt-on we replace outright. On InSeasonHQ those stop being pages anybody types: they are your season data, rendered live. Measured on a real association’s site.
What happens to what you have.
Your website, moved for you
We walk every page of your current site, work out what is worth keeping, and rebuild it here — pages, text, and every document and photo re-hosted on our storage so nothing breaks when your old site goes away. Your board contacts become contact forms that reach them without printing anyone’s address. On the rehearsal port that was 32 pages, 101 blocks and 87 files.
This is work we do, not a tool we hand you. There is no importer to learn.
Your players and history, imported
Players, guardians and past registrations come in from the CSV your current platform exports — SportsEngine or TeamSnap shaped. You map the columns once and the mapping is saved for next time. Schedules import the same way.
Matching is confident on birthdate. Anything ambiguous goes to a review queue for a person to decide, rather than being silently merged into the wrong kid.
Your families, with nothing to re-enter
There is no family migration to run. Accounts are keyed by email: a parent signs up with the address you already have on file, verifies it, and their children — and everything you imported for them — are simply there. No invite codes to chase, no spreadsheet of who claimed what.
Your web address, kept
Keep yourclub.org. Four guided steps: type the address, copy the DNS records we list for you, press Check now. The certificate is issued and renewed for you, and we map your old page URLs to the new ones so a decade of search ranking and every bookmark in every parent’s phone still lands.
The part nobody puts on this page
What we leave behind, and what we can't take.
Two different lists. The first is deliberate — the whole point of moving is to stop maintaining those by hand. The second is work somebody has to do, and you should hear it now rather than at cutover.
ReplacedTeam, division and league pages
Not recreated, on purpose. Rosters, schedules and standings come from your season data and render themselves. This is most of the 313.
ReplacedRegistration forms and volunteer sign-ups
Rebuilt here rather than copied. They are the part you are switching FOR — a ported form would just be the old one with our paint on it.
ReplacedAnything bolted on
A field-status spreadsheet embedded in a page becomes a status your fields director flips, which every page reflects at once. Their volunteer add-on becomes ours. We do not port a workaround.
By handBoard members’ email addresses
Your current platform hides them behind its own contact form, so they are not in the page for us to read. Someone with an admin login exports them — once, for the whole board.
By handVideo
Video players fetch their files at play time, so a video library cannot be pulled from the page the way everything else can. An admin exports the files, and we talk through where each one should live — short clips here, a coaching library on a video host. It is a conversation, not a script.
What we need from you
Honestly, for most clubs: nothing. Anything a visitor can see on your current site, we can rebuild without any access to it at all — you do not have to hand us a password, and you do not have to wait for the one board member who has one.
If you want more than the public site
- Members-only pages need a login to reach — a member account is usually enough, an admin one reaches the board pages. On one club we looked at, 175 pages were public and 313 existed in total, so a login is the difference between porting your public face and porting everything. Without one we port what is public and hand you the list of what we could not see.
- Or skip us poking around entirely: send us what you want carried over — a folder, a list of pages, the documents that matter — and we will build from that instead.
What the move costs
Included in your first year
No migration fee, no onboarding charge, no per-page pricing. The website module is an add-on like any other, but the WORK of getting your site onto it is included in your first year — because the thing standing between a board and a decision is almost never the price, it is the fear of the move.
