Baseball

Built for the association, not the scorebook.

Registration opens in the cold and the season starts in mud. You size divisions off numbers that are still moving in March, you evaluate in a gym because the fields are wet, and then you run twelve weeks where the weather rewrites the schedule every Thursday.

Three things that bite in baseball.

Three diamonds, six divisions, and a rainout every other week.
Venues and fields are real records with addresses and pins, so a reschedule changes one event and every family sees it — including the uniform for the game, which is on the event and in the family’s pocket.
Evaluations decide teams, and the spreadsheet decides the argument.
Roster offers are live: assign a player, send the offer, the family accepts and pays online. The evaluation-scoring module is NOT built and we will not sell you a date for it — the half that exists is the half after the decision.
Half the fees arrive as checks handed over at a practice.
Record a check, cash, Venmo or Zelle payment against the registration with a reference, so your collections report is the whole season rather than the online part of it.

The rest is the same for every sport.

Registration and payments, payment plans, teams and roster offers, scheduling, communication, volunteering, equipment, your store, check-in at the door and reports — one flat $750 a year, with no size tiers.

Already on another platform? pages in their old site became pages worth keeping when we ported a real association. What moving involves.

See it with a baseball season in it.

Thirty minutes, shaped like your year rather than a feature tour.
