Does it work for our sport?
Almost certainly, and there is a short list at the bottom of this page where it does not. An association is an association: the season, the money and the families work the same way whether your people are on ice, turf or a mat.
Written up sport by sport
These have their own page because their season genuinely runs differently — not because a longer list looks better.
If your sport is not on that list, nothing changes.
Rowing, ski clubs, sailing, fencing, quidditch — the platform does not know or care what the game is. All of this is the same:
- Registration and payments, payment plans, and the money that arrives as a check at practice
- Players, guardians, teams and roster offers families accept and pay online
- Schedules, venues and fields, with changes that reach everyone at once
- Email and text to the people you actually mean
- Volunteer shifts, buyouts and balances
- Equipment issued and returned, your store, check-in at the door, and reports
Where we stop
Four things we do not do today.
Better you read this now than find it out on a demo call — and "today" is doing real work in that sentence.
Live scorekeeping, stats and game video. Most clubs run a scoring app alongside their platform, and we do not try to duplicate it.
Tournament brackets and pools, and tryout evaluation scoring — both coming. The roster-offer half is live today: assign a player, send the offer, the family accepts and pays online.
Meet management — heats, lanes, seed times and results — is not part of the platform. If everything else here fits your association, tell us on the call; it is the kind of gap we would look at closing.
Recurring classes with levels, instructors and make-up credits are not what this is built around. If classes sit beside a season, punch passes and door check-in already cover them.
And if something is missing, that is a conversation rather than a closed door. We are small, we build for the clubs we have, and the feature a board asks for in September is the kind of thing that ships this season — not something queued behind a roadmap set by somebody who has never run your registration.
Tell us what your season looks like.
If it is a sport we have never seen, that is a more interesting half hour for both of us — and we will say so if it is a poor fit.
