Softball
One association, two kinds of season.
Rec and travel run side by side out of the same board, the same fields and often the same families. The rec side wants a low price and no friction; the travel side wants tryouts, a bigger fee spread over months, and a roster that is settled early.
Three things that bite in softball.
- The same family registers a rec player and a travel player at once.
- One checkout for the whole family across different forms and different prices — and the platform fee is charged once for that checkout, not once per child.
- Age-group eligibility, and the player who should play up.
- Eligibility windows by birthdate, with play-up handled as a recorded exception rather than a text message somebody remembers. Document proofs get reviewed and cleared in one panel.
- A $900 travel fee is a decision, not a payment.
- Payment plans with a deposit at checkout, installments charged automatically, retries and reminders when a card fails, and a family portal showing exactly what is left.
The rest is the same for every sport.
Registration and payments, payment plans, teams and roster offers, scheduling, communication, volunteering, equipment, your store, check-in at the door and reports — one flat $750 a year, with no size tiers.

Already on another platform? pages in their old site became pages worth keeping when we ported a real association. What moving involves.
